Complaints on Professional Conduct

A forest management professional is an individual who has specialized education, an appetite for lifelong learning and personal development and upholds ethical standards. They are obligated to meet a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

In the interest of protecting and serving the public interest, section 44 of the Regulated Forest Management Profession Act (the Act) gives the Association of Alberta Forest Management Professionals (AAFMP) the authority to discipline forest management professionals that are regulated registrants of the Association.
